The koozie and straw are not included. This can be used with or without a koozie. 
Size options
The 12oz slim fit cans with a diameter no more than 57.5mm. It will also fit 8.4 oz Alani cans
The 8.4oz slim will fit cans with a diameter of no more than 53.5mm. This does not fit the 8.4oz Alani cans
The 12oz standard fits regular soda cans and 16oz monster cans. It will not fit cans that are wider than 66mm.
